1. Scope & Agreement
These Terms govern your purchase and use of the S-Corp Health Insurance Deduction Blueprint (“System”), provided by Financial Bloc Inc.
By purchasing, accessing, or using this System, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or access the materials.
This System is offered as a licensed digital product, not a service engagement, and not professional tax, legal, or accounting advice.
2. License (Single-user, non-transferable)
Your purchase grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to access and use the System for your own business planning purposes.
This license:
-Applies to one individual or entity
- Does not grant ownership of the materials
- Does not permit sublicensing, resale, or transfer
- All intellectual property rights remain with Financial Bloc Inc.
3. No Sharing / No Redistribution
You may not:
- Share, distribute, or forward the materials
- Upload the materials to shared drives, forums, or repositories
- Copy or reproduce the calculator, flowcharts, or frameworks
- Provide access to third parties (including employees, partners, or advisors)
- Any unauthorized sharing or duplication constitutes a material breach of these Terms
Financial Bloc reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for unauthorized distribution, including claims under the U.S. Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.).
4. Delivery & Access
- Upon successful payment:
- Access to the System is delivered digitally
- Materials may be provided via secure links or view-only access
- Access is granted immediately after purchase
- Delivery is considered complete once access is provided, regardless of whether the materials are fully reviewed or used.
5. Refund Policy
- Due to the digital and licensed nature of this System:
- Refunds are limited to the timeframe stated at checkout
- Refund eligibility is void once the materials are accessed, copied, or used
- Use of the calculator or frameworks constitutes product consumption
- Refunds are granted solely at the discretion of Financial Bloc Inc and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Chargebacks or disputes initiated after access has been granted may result in immediate revocation of access and termination of the license.
- Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] within the timeframe stated at checkout
6. Access Revocation
- These Terms are violated: Financial Bloc reserves the right to revoke access and terminate the license without refund if:
- Unauthorized sharing or duplication is suspected
- A chargeback or payment dispute is initiated
- Fraudulent activity is identified
Upon revocation, all access to the System must cease immediately.

This System is protected under U.S. Copyright Registration. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution will be pursued under applicable federal law.

- You understand the refund limitations
- You agree to comply with these Terms
- You agree that access constitutes delivery and consumption of the product
