Financial Bloc provides financial education, consulting, and strategy services for entrepreneurs and families, as well as digital products, templates, and tools. Some services are delivered online (via downloads, webinars, or consultations), while others may involve direct strategy sessions.

We do not provide tax, accounting, or legal advice. Any financial strategies discussed should be reviewed with your qualified professional (CPA, attorney, or financial advisor) before implementation.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you:

Are at least 18 years old.

Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Will use our services only for lawful purposes.

3. Payments and Billing

Payments for digital products, consulting, or subscriptions are processed through Stripe (or other listed processors).

By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected service or product.

All fees are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing (see Section 4).

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Digital Products: Due to the instant and electronic nature of delivery, all digital product sales are final.

Consultations/Blueprint Sessions: Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours in advance to receive a partial credit or reschedule option. Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.

Subscriptions/Programs (if applicable): Recurring billing will continue until canceled. You are responsible for canceling prior to the next billing cycle.

5. Use of Third-Party Platforms

To deliver services, we rely on trusted third-party platforms:

AgencyBloc (client management for insurance-related services).

GoHighLevel (GHL) (CRM, appointment scheduling, and communications).

Stripe (payment processing).

Google Workspace (email and document management).

By using our services, you consent to your information being securely stored and processed within these platforms, according to their respective privacy policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Financial Bloc — including guides, templates, calculators, frameworks, and branding — is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or share our content without written permission.

Any materials provided are for personal or business use only within the scope of your purchased license.

7. No Guarantee of Results

We provide strategies, tools, and education to help improve your financial resilience. However, we cannot guarantee specific financial outcomes, revenue, or business results. Your success depends on factors outside of our control, including your business model, implementation, and external economic conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Financial Bloc is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.

We are not responsible for decisions made based on our content, consultations, or tools.

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
